Beans Beans Beans!


We have received an amazing selection of beautiful beans and legumes to enjoy this winter. Celadon Flageolets, red and white Calypsos, black and white European Soldiers, Favas, Cranberries, Kidneys, Cannellinis, Habas… and so, so much more. Soak them overnight, put them in a dutch oven or slow cooker with some herbs or dried mushrooms, cover with stock or water, and let them soak up all that goodness and cook slowly. So simple, so good.
